Online Stock Market Trading and How To Handle Trading Stess

Have you ever met a “successful, Highly stressed out Trader?

I haven’t. If you have, please send me their email address I would love to have a chat with them

Trading the stock market is one of the most challenging adventures I have personally undertaken. Everyday is different, I never know what to expect. It has been estimated that stock market trading is on par with being a surgeon, however, the internal organs are constantly moving.

When a surgeon operates on a patient they know where to find the lungs, the heart, and all the vital organs.

This is great news for a patient placing their care in the hands of a surgeon, however, when it comes to stock market trading, the organs are always moving, so you’re always in a state of surprise.

I’m using this analogy to emphasis the complexity of stock market trading and emphasizing how vigilant stock market traders have to be on a daily basis. Stock market investing is a tough career and should not be taken lightly.

Last year I hiked the Narrows in Zion Utah. The 17 mile top down route was incredibly exhausting, mentally grueling and there were moments during my two day hike in ice cold waters, I swore I would never ever again do that hike.

Well, I’m going back again this year, however, this year I’m totally prepared. Canyoneering boots, a lighter backpack and a psyche strong enough to conquer a Mount Everest climb.

This is the same preparation that every stock market trader must undertake. When we are mentally prepared for a trading day we are less likely to experience stress.
Similar to the surgeon, you have to know what you will do incase the market goes against you, you have to know how you will handle yourselves throughout your trading day.

Many novice traders, experience stress during their trading day because, firstly they don’t have a well written trading plan. Secondly, they don’t exercise their trading plan, and thirdly when these traders experience stress they don’t have a way to deal with the stress in a constructive manner.

When we experience stress as traders, our brains shut down in an effort to self preserve. When the stress is not dealt with, it starts building up in our bodies and manifests itself as pain in the lower back, or upper back, then you have the headaches and sleepless nights and then your body breaks down and you end up sick.

In an attempt to preserve my sanity, save my trading account, and live a healthy life style in the crazy, stressful environment that stock market trading produces I came up with the 5 Habits of Profitable, Stress-Free and Successful traders System.

Below you will find the Online Stock Market Trading System that has helped me not only master my emotions, but this system helped me stay sane.
